Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3
Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3 was formed in 1940 with thirty-six charter members. Since then, it has grown to encompass one hundred thirty-seven Certified Property Manager Members, thirty-nine Accredited Management Organization Member Firms (Headquarters and Branch offices), forty-four Certified Property Manager Candidates, one hundred eighty Accredited Residential Manager Members and forty Associate members. Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3 has been the recipient of the much coveted “Chapter of the Year” award in the large chapter category eight times in the last thirteen years, a tribute to the achievements and contributions of the chapter membership. The Chapter newsletter, Delaware Valley’s Manager was first published in 1988 under the leadership of then President Rita D. Vogt, CPM, and continues to be published quarterly. The newsletter puts into concise form the events and activities within the Chapter, news from IREM National and Region II Chapters, career opportunities and legislative issues.
